We’ve got your transportation to the hotel covered.

Our team has arranged a Meet & Greet Service to make your experience smooth and hassle-free.

Please look out for a Tropical Incentives DMC staff member waiting at the Arrivals exit at Terminal 2 with a sign that has the Digistore24 logo on it. You should see them standing at Umbrella #6.

To ensure, fast and safe access to your transportation, follow these guidelines:

1. IMMIGRATION:

Upon landing, proceed through immigration first. From there, head to baggage claim to collect your luggage.

2. LUGGAGE CLAIM:

Once you have picked up your luggage, you will be directed to customs.

3. CLEAR CUSTOMS:

After clearing customs, walk straight to the exit marked "Shuttles and Taxis or Private Transportation."

⚠️ Important: Do not stop between customs and the exit doors even if someone offers information about Cabo or guided tours—these are most likely timeshare sellers.

4. WALK OUT:

Keep walking until you exit the terminal. You’ll find a Tropical Incentives DMC staff member waiting at Umbrella #6 (next to the second bar), holding a sign with the Digistore24 logo on it.

Staff uniforms are navy blue shirts & beige pants for easy identification.

Your ride will be waiting to welcome you to paradise!

Please note: If you’d like to get to the hotel faster, feel free to book a taxi or Uber at your expense to the Hilton Los Cabos. The ride should take no more than 30 minutes.
