Our team has arranged a Meet & Greet Service to make your experience smooth and hassle-free.

Please look out for a Tropical Incentives DMC staff member waiting at the arrivals exit with a sign that has the Digistore24 logo on it.

To ensure fast and safe access to your transportation, follow these guidelines.

1. IMMIGRATION:

Upon landing, proceed through immigration first. From there, head to baggage claim to collect your luggage.

2. BAGGAGE CLAIM:

After clearing customs, walk straight to the exit marked "Shuttles and Taxis or Private Transportation".

⚠️ Important: Do not stop between customs and the exit doors even if someone offers information about Cabo or guided tours—these are most likely timeshare sellers.

3. CLEAR CUSTOMS:

Once you have picked up your luggage, you will be directed to customs.

4. WALK OUT:

Keep walking until you exit the terminal. You’ll find a Tropical Incentives DMC staff member waiting at Umbrella #6, holding a sign with the Digistore24 logo on it.

Staff uniforms are navy blue shirts & khaki pants for easy identification.
